Rajasthan University of Veterinary & Animal Science, Bikaner are happy to announce the III Chapter of Sand Dunes International Short Film Festival of Bikaner, India for screening documentary, animation and short films. The Festival which is to be held in the desert city Bikaner (Rajasthan), from 24th to 25th December, 2016 Rajasthan is developing into an emerging ground for short filmmakers with growing technology options.
The Sand Dunes International Short Film Festival has been conceived in 2014 by few short film enthusiasts of Bikaner under the aegis of Lokayan, a non-profit organization. The SDISFF is an experimental platform for both film professionals and amateur film makers to catalyze short film and documentary movement in India.
