Films must be under 20 minutes and completed after January 2013.
You must have copyright clearance for all work submitted. This includes any music that may be contained in your film or films. This is not the responsibility of the festival organisers and by submitting your films you give us access and permission to screen your film at any of the se23.mov events and for any promotional purposes for the festival.
