The festival accepts feature, short (up to 30 min) and documentary films of all genres from around the world.
CONDITIONS:
\\ The film should reflect the concept of the festival: "On a wave of emotions!"
\\ Films SHOULD NOT be freely available on the Internet
\\ At the time of application, films must be fully completed.
\\ NO PREMIER REQUIREMENTS
\\ The festival will help make Russian subtitles to foreign films selected for the competition.
\\ By submitting the film, the participant confirms that he/she is the legal owner of the application materials and DOES NOT VIOLATE copyright, literary, musical, artistic, intellectual property or personal rights.
\\ By submitting an application, the participant agrees to the use of materials (up to 10 seconds, frames, posters, trailer) for the advertising purposes of the festival - both in print and on the Internet.
\\ APPLICATION MAY BE SUBMITTED UNTIL 08/10/2021 inclusive.
\\ TRAVEL AND STAY COSTS
The festival does not cover travel and stay expenses for participants. We provide optimal conditions accommodation assistance upon your request. Participants can count on all the discounts provided by the festival partners.
\\ WINNERS IN FEATURE AND DOCUMENTARY FILM NOMINATIONS
The best feature, short and documentary films are determined at the festival. The winners in the nominations - "Best Director", "Best DOP", "Best Script" and "Best Music" are determined in the general competition - that is, for example, the best DOP can be the DOP of the feature, short or the documentary film.
The "Best Production Designer" and acting nominations - apply only to feature and short films.
The Grand Prix of the festival, as well as the special prizes of partners, can be given to any festival film.
\\ FILM'S REPRESENTATIVES
A representative’s arrival is desirable - after watching each film, there will be a discussion with the public and interviews with the press.
\\ TIME OF FILM CREATION
Preferring new films, the festival does not limit the time of creation and can select any application that powerfully and creatively reflects the concept: "On a wave of emotions!"
