IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY SSSF SCREENINGS THE FILMS HAVE TO FULFILL THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: The Last day of each month is the closing date of submission for the next month’s screening. If we have enough submissions for a month prior to your submission, your submission will be considered for the following month’s SSSF.
DURATION: The duration of each film should not exceed more than 20 minutes (rounded to next whole minute) including credits.
SUBMISSION FEES(**):
$20 for running time 1 - 10 minutes;
$30 for running time 10 - 15 minutes; and
$40 for running time 15 - 20 minutes.
The submission fee is non refundable in case of non-selection for any reason such as non-suitable contents or poor video/audio quality, etc.
(**) The film submitted using submission waiver will neither be contested for Award nor the filmmaker will get complimentary tickets.
SCREENING FILES: The films must be in 1080p or higher resolution in quicktime (.mov or .mp4) and should be submitted via any downloadable link (Dropbox or Vimeo etc.) sent to SSSF@Nukkad-USA.Org. SSSF doesn't accept DCP or any discs - DVD or BluRay. Though the video Files in DATA DVD or USB can be sent through post to SSSF office address.
COPYRIGHTS: The filmmakers can submit multiple films as long as they own or have all the rights to the film(s). SSSF doesn’t ask for or hold any liability or responsibility of any kind for any copyright Infringements.
RESTRICTIONS: SSSF will shortlist these films to make each show/screening filled with a variety of healthy entertainment for approx. 90 Minutes. Any profanity, excessive violence or any nudity are not acceptable. Action is OK but no vulgarity.
ALL THE SELECTED FILMS WILL BE SCREENED IN THE ORIGINAL AS-IS VERSION AS RECEIVED BY SSSF. THE SSSF AGREES NOT TO PRESENT ANY FILM TO ANY PERSON (EXCEPT THE JURY) BEFORE THE SCREENING OF THE FILM WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE SHOWCASE.
THE DAY, PLACE AND TIME (IN CASE OF ANY CHANGE) OF THE SCREENING OF THE SHORTLISTED FILMS IS DECIDED BY THE ORGANIZERS OF SSSF AND WILL BE POSTED ON ITS OFFICIAL FACEBOOK PAGE, WEBSITE AND ALSO COMMUNICATED TO THE SUBMITTERS.
THE FILMS WILL OFFICIALLY BE SHORTLISTED WHEN THE THE SUBMISSION FEE, AND SCREENING FILES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY SSSF. THE SUBMISSION STANDS AS AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SSSF.
THE FILMS PRESENTED AT SSSF ARE SELECTED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE TEAM / INDIVIDUAL(S). SSSF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO JUDGE ANY CASE THAT IS NOT COVERED BY THESE REGULATIONS.
SSSF WILL HAVE RIGHT TO USE THE VIDEO FILE FOR PROMO, PREVIEWS, AND REPEAT SCREENINGS FOR ALL SELECTED FILMS.
