SUBMISSION
SPIRIT Film Festival starts to accept submissions for the 14th Festival to be held October 29 to October 31 2020 in Tel Aviv Cinematheque.
We invite filmmakers to submit their films for the festival for films that have never been screened in Israel. (Theater, Festivals, TV)

Entry Material
The film must be submitted as an online screener or DVD copy of the work for preview, formatted for multi-zone or for Zone 1 (North America). Tel Aviv SPIRIT Film Festival is a forum for filmmakers who create films with themes that inspire transformation and personal growth, promote positive global activism and create environmental awareness. It is our goal to create a dialogue about the global issues that impact us all and to amplify the voices of those who need to be heard.
All films submitted are required to explore their particular theme in spirituality with intellectual honesty, respect and in a constructive manner that does not attack or degrade the belief system of any other spiritual tradition or institution. We welcome films in every genre and format, short, documentary, art, animation, and features to be eligible for consideration.
Non-English language works must have English subtitles
Entry materials will not be returned
Festival programmers select and invite all films presented at the 2020 Festival, with premieres given priority. Invited filmmakers will be notified (by email & via information in the submitted entry form) Sep 15, 2020. Most updates and correspondence will be sent via email. Make sure to update us with any changes in your info prior to the 2020 Festival

Instruction for shipping:
1. Total declared value should not exceed $25.00 to avoid delay & import tax.
2. Please write on Envelope- FOR CULTURAL PURPOSE- NO COMMERCIAL VALUE
3. Do not accept EMS (Express Service by the Post Office) since they charge the fee from the receiver. (For International courier services we recommend Fed-X or DHL services)
Other Details You Need To Know
° Preview Format: ONLINE SCREENER or DVD (NTSC Region 1-video format )
°° Loss and Damage: while every precaution will be taken to safeguard all materials submitted, SFF cannot accept or assume responsibility in the event of loss or damage en route or otherwise.
° All submitted materials become the property of the SFF and won't be returned without a SASE.
SHIPPING – SELECTED WORKS
If your work is selected, you will be responsible for delivery of the exhibition format of the film prefer online transfer file, BLU-RAY or DCP or without any subtitles on the copy if possible to the Shipping Address (above) by the designated date.
Exhibition format will be the subtitle to Hebrew. We prefer to receive a clear BLU-RAY copy (without any subtitle on it ) and transcript of the film dialog.
The Festival will arrange and cover the cost of the return shipping of your print or video after the conclusion of the Festival. We recommend shipment via courier in order to permit the tracking of your entry once it leaves your hands. Please ship DVD's properly and securely packaged.
DO NOT SEND IN FIBER-PADDED ENVELOPES AS THEY MAY DAMAGE DVD
The Hebrew translated copy will not be mailed out.
