About the festival

Stockholm is truly the capital and heart of Scandinavia, there are so many film festivals happening around the year, but still, new festivals are the need of time.
Stockholm City Film Festival is a new film festival, and it is running by a group of young filmmakers who studied filmmaking in Stockholm. The aim is to promote and encourage short, feature and documentary films from across the world by giving them the opportunity to showcase such films at the Swedish capital.
The other aim of the Festival is to raise awareness and promote the various aspects of international cinema in all its forms, and for the reason, we will organize seminars, masters classes, and special lectures about the film world.

Terms and rules

Stockholm city film festival is hereby granted the rights to utilize an excerpt from any film
submitted for promotional and developmental purposes of the festival, during and after the
festival.
By submitting your film to the Stockholm dream film festival the individual or corporation
submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening if
selected, and understands and accepts these requirements, rules, and regulations.

Eligibility
The eligibility for the competition is, that the film/Project must have been produced 2010 and
2020.

Subtitles
If the film is not in English, it must have English subtitles,
Feature documentary (more than 40 minutes).
Short documentary (Under 39 minutes).
Feature Film (More than 30 minutes).
Short film (Under 30 minutes).
Super Short film (Under 5 minutes)
Other categories have no duration limits
Submission’s entry fees are non-refundable.
