RELEASE
The undersigned agree(s) to the following conditions:
1. I (We) will submit all necessary clearances, consents and releases required, including, without limitation, the consent of
the performers in the film, clearances from the copyright owner(s) and performer(s) of music used in the film, and, if the
film is based on a literary work or work from another medium, the consent of the owner of the underlying property.
2. I (We) shall indemnify, defend and hold The Unitarian Society of Ridgewood harmless from and against all losses, costs,
damages, judgments, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees and any payment that may be
due any music publisher, writer, director, actor, union, guild or other party) arising from any claims, whether or not
groundless, which may be brought based directly or indirectly upon the use of the film.
