• Entry length must be at least 3 minutes and less than 40 minutes.
• There are no specific entry categories. We invite animation, claymation, drama, comedy, documentary, experimental, etc. to show off your film making originality and artistry. An all youth jury will select the best entries for exhibition.
• Content of the works should be as creative as possible. Entries with gratuitous violence, profanity, or sanctioned tobacco or other substance abuse will be disqualified.
• Jury entries must be submitted highest resolution DVD format, Blue Ray DVDs or online link to Filmfestival.com at Tower of Youth. Data Files must be broadcast quality AVI or MOV. If your entry is selected for exhibition on the Film Day, we will get back to you to obtain the best format for the full commercial screen theater projection.
• Each entry must be accompanied by a signed, fully completed official ENTRY FORM available by download from our www.towerofyouth.org web site. You must Include a brief movie maker’s bio, information about the film’s production, a 720 pixel x 480 pixel, 300 dpi still and a explanatory “blurb” that can be used on our Web site, our printed program and media releases if the work is chosen for exhibition. (SEE CHECKLIST BELOW)

ENTRY CHECK LIST:
• Enclose a clearly labeled highest resolution entry Verify that all the information is clearly filled out and is current
• Attach a list of names, ages, and roles of all persons involved in production and thier
biographies.
• Attach short synopsis of movie. Please include a high-resolution (300 dpi) production promo JPEG.
• Enclose a $10.00 Check or Money Order for each
entry up to 5 or $50 maximum. Free for 6 or more entries (TAX DEDUCTIBLE).

• Legal use waiver must accompany entry form for any copyrighted material or be disqualified
• Media entrant warrants that he/she is the owner of the work and can rightfully enter into this agreement. Entrant agrees to grant the Tower of Youth the right to exhibit, cable cast, publish, Web broadcast, and the use of photographs and images of this entry as required to promote and sustain Tower of Youth related nonprofit educational progams. Due credit will always accompany usage.
• Media Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Tower of Youth from all damages and liabilities incurred arising out of the content and matter contained in the entry.
The signature on the Entry Form acknowledges understanding and agreement with the form that is being submitted.
