Festival is open to any short film that might be considered a horror film.
We also accept Sci-Fi films as long as they have horror elements as well. We accept comedies, experimental, animation, dramas, etc. as long as they are in the horror genre.
All films must be original works, or the filmmaker has copyright clearances. Films submitted must be horror related or fall within the horror genre. All films must be independent films or student films.
There is no production date requirement.

I hold T2F Film Fest (Things 2 Fear Film Fest) and it's Owners, and promotion team, juries, subsidiaries, agents, sponsors, affiliates, etc. harmless from any and all claims of liability resulting from my entry, and harmless from any claims of liability of anything that might occur during the course of the festival or screening of the film.
I certify that I have full rights to the use of the screen grabs, clips, trailers, music, print/digital, images and everything contained in the film and/or promotional materials of the submitted film.
This film or video is not subject to any litigation nor is threatened by any litigation.
Things 2 Fear Film Fest accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any movie submitted to the festival.
I give permission for T2F Film Fest to use stills, titles, trailers, copy, and/or information from the short for promotional purposes.
If selected, I will provide / T2F Film Fest with a digital copy of my films movie poster for use on the festival website.
It is our discretion to disqualify a film that contains any obscene titles, hateful, or racist content.
Things 2 Fear Film Fest reserves the right to add, modify, or discard rules and terms, if needed, at any time, with or without notification. T2F Film Fest further reserves the right to make decisions to address anomalies and/or unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to removing a movie from consideration, without providing an explanation.
To the best of my knowledge, all of the statements in this submission are true.
Every submission must have a main category and can add optional judging categories.
Each filmmaker can submit several projects, but each entry must be accompanied by a
separate Entry and fee. All fees are non-refundable.
All entries must be in English or - Subtitled, dubbed in English.
Please check the exact length of your movie including all credits, or your movie may be disqualified. Submission fees will not be returned in such cases.
The participants will not get feedback. Every entry/submission will be judged based on its script, directing, acting, technical, and artistic merits, as related to the submission.
All decisions made by the judge(s) are considered final . We reserve the right not to give all of the awards possible if we didn't receive entries in a particular category. If we deem it appropriate, additional categories of awards may be presented as well.
At the end of adjudication, the results of the Things 2 Fear Film Fest will be made public and accessible on the official website and social media outlets.
Entries are valid only through FilmFreeway.com User accepts all risk and responsibility associated with using the Things 2 Fear Film Fest website, social media, any submission platforms, and Paypal, each submission platform’s transaction processor, and any other methods of communication with Things 2 Fear Film Fest.

By submitting a film to Things 2 Fear Film Fest, the entrant(s,)/submitter(s)/filmmaker(s)/controlling company accept(s) all of the rules and terms herein, in their entirety, without modification. Entrant/submitter/filmmaker further acknowledges that remediation of any sort will be limited to a refund of their submission fees. If entrant/submitter/filmmaker does not agree with these terms, do not submit your entry. By submitting, entrant/submitter/filmmaker indicates that they have read, understand, agree with, and will comply will all of the Rules and Terms stated above.
