Title Ruse aims to celebrate quality independent short filmmaking. In an industry which endures so much change, we want to provide a fixture that is able to react and adapt. Naturally, identity is an important festival theme and so from year to year, we will reform our festival strands to celebrate and respond to specific cinema, genre, voices and themes.
We’re now programming a strand of films for Scratch the Surface, Coventry’s (UK) first Mental Health Arts Festival which will take place between 14 – 27th March 2016.
Title Ruse is now accepting submissions for short films (20 minutes max). We’re looking for films which ‘Scratch the Surface’, work which is imaginative, provocative and vanguard. So if you think you have something that might fit the bill, we’d love to consider it!
