The Westminster Film Festival aims to bring together student, independent, and amateur filmmakers from across the United States to show off their work and collaborate as artists. This is an opportunity for first-time filmmakers to see their films live-streamed for a wide audience and earn recognition among other local filmmakers joining in.

-Submissions must be 25 minutes or under.
-Music video submissions must contain original music and/or lyrics. Copyright laws are still in effect.
-Waivers for submission fees are not available.
