About the festival

This year Rianne Pictures decided to host an event not only celebrating women and non binary filmmakers, but also innovating and inspiring a future of creatives.

Women X is a weekend event where filmmakers will be able to enjoy films, workshops and panels, along with taking time to work on the balance of work and wellbeing in an industry where burnout is all too evident in our busy lives.

With everyone still navigating their way through this difficult year, we've made our festival available online

We have twelve award categories, all winners will receive a framed award certificate.
