World Horror Convention, a traveling horror con, will host this horror film festival in conjunction with WHC 2016 in Provo, Utah April 28-May 1 2016. We are accepting short and feature length horror films from professionals, amateurs and students this year.
Announcement of what kind of awards and prizes being offered by the convention will be announced after 2016 January 1.
