"X World Short Film Festival" is an IMDb-qualifying Festival for Independent Filmmakers and Writers, that dare to eXpress their fantasy, creativity and peculiar ideas through Short Films and Scripts.

Our purpose is to find, showcase, promote, honor and recognize such kind of interesting works, made with Love and passion for the art of eXpression, no matter the budget or technical resources.
The Festival has been created by an Independent Filmmaker that knows, understands, Loves the world of Independent Filmmaking and knows how it feels like to have one's own work showcased and appreciated!
Every submitted Project is watched or read by the Judges with maximum attention and dedication, more than once, to fully evaluate every aspect of the Film or Script and the Artists involved.
The Festival, in its third year, is part of the great and famous MEGAFEST, 17 years historical point of reference for Directors, Actors, Producers, Distributors. A big Event that includes multiple Festivals, with multi-theatres screenings in a beautiful place, inspiring seminars, exciting parties and interesting opportunities to start new cooperation and friendships.
The Live Festival will take place from July 26 to August 1, 2021, at the Galaxy Theatre in Las Vegas.

Last thing: if you receive a direct Invitation to submit your Project to "X World Short Film Festival" through FilmFreeway, it means that we have read the description, watched the trailer and found that your Project fits the Festival, so it will be surely accepted into it (we know that this doesn't always happen with direct Invitations to submit...).
SUBMISSIONS
All submitted Films and Scripts will have a welcome and thank you post on the Festival Social Media.
The Official Selections will be notified within the end of each deadline.

OFFICIAL SELECTIONS
All selected Films and Scripts will receive the Official Selection Laurel, will have a permanent space in the Festival's Website (with the basic info found on the FilmFreeway Project Page, but you can write for any adding or change) and will be promoted on the Festival Social Media.
All selected Films will be screened at the AOF MEGAFEST Live Event in Las Vegas (Nevada, USA), from July 26 to August 1, 2021, at the Galaxy Theatre in Las Vegas.
You will receive all the information about the file and the material to send as soon as possible and no later than July 10, 2021.
For those who plan to attend, is required to send an email to xworldfilmfestival@gmail.com as soon as possible and no later than July 10, 2021.
Filmmakers and Writers attending will receive one All-Access Pass to the MEGAFEST 2020/2021 ($900 value), which includes all Festivals screenings, seminars and Parties (excluding Award Shows, Private or Charity events/screenings).
All selected projects might receive discount codes for the other MEGAFEST Festivals and some Partner Festivals, that will be sent you by email.

The Winners will be announced at the AOF MEGAFEST Award Ceremonies on July 2021 at the Galaxy Theater in Las Vegas (Nevada, USA). Particular hand-made Awards will be given to Winners that will attend the event.
All the Winners will receive printable Winning Certificates and personalized Winner Laurels.
