RULES
1. Can participate movies of any length, whose content is themed Gay, Lesbian, Transvestite, Transsexual, or bisexual; made a date subsequent to January 1, 2018. The preferred format is mp4 or mov in stereo, via online download. Exceptionally other formats such as DVD, Blue-ray allowed. We do not pay shipping by FedEx or DHL, so that private download online is the way we work.
2. For registration of the work, it should send a link to preview the material, along with the registration form with full details and signed by the person responsible for the material. The completed form to e programacion@outfestperu.com
3. They can participate videos of any nationality. The works are a language other than Castilian must necessarily be provided with subtitles in Spanish (do not have the resources to do the subtitling in Peru).
4. Must be detailed: title of the work, director / a, duration, address and telephone number.
5. Along with the form and the movie, press material and preferably digitized photos can be attached.
6. The material should be sent with the form and complete data before March 1, 2018 to the following email: programación@outfestperu.com

7. Films for the competition section will be selected. The jury will be composed of three members: a representative of film guild, a cultural manager and a representative of an NGO human rights. Winners card will be awarded in the following categories
- Short favorite public
- Best Feature Film, Jury Award
8. The organization shall give notice thereof to the responsible of the works that are selected, to provide the material in its final format for display, if not having previously sent.
9. The author responsible for not affect the copyright of third parties and exempts the organizers from any liability. The signatories responsible in the forms submitted material is made complete by intellectual property, copyright, charges and exhibition rights, and other rights, taxes and duties. Declare to OUTFESTPERU and / or any of its representatives, who are solely responsible for any and all claims or demands concerning the material presented, and expressly agree to indemnify OUTFESTPERU and / or any of its representatives to any claim or demand, including claims copyright and / or other rights lawyers expenses, and other expenses incurred under such circumstances.
10. Registration and participation in the Festival implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Work on final format may not be withdrawn until the end of the sample. OutfestPerú keep the DVD and movie files in your movie library.
11. By the registration of the work authorizing OUTFESTPERU for exhibition in the city of Lima and cities within the Peruvian territory where they present the itinerant festival.
12. OutfestPerú is not responsible for the content of the works. In case of loss or breakage, the festival alone is responsible for the replacement of virgin material.
13. All aspects not covered in this document shall be resolved solely by OutfestPerú
