By submitting your film to YVRFF; Vancouver Virtual Reality Film Festival, you hereby grant to YVRFF the non-exclusive license to show your film during the festival duration if chosen as an official selection.
You grant us the right to use your name, photograph and/or likeness, and biographical material in connection with YVRFF Programming as well as on our website, and you hereby grant us the right to use still photographs and clips from your film on our website and in print media as decided by the Festival.
You hereby represent and warrant that you have the right to enter this film in YVRFF; Vancouver Virtual Reality Film Festival, and have secured all the rights to your film, including music, story and title, and that you have cleared all rights, including copyright, trademarks and logos as necessary. You are solely liable for any damage resulting from infringement of these copyrights, proprietary rights or any other intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, rights or privacy and publicity, or any other harm or damage arising from YVRFF using your film in the festival Programming.
By completing the submission process, you effectively indemnify and hold harmless YVRFF for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenditures (including legal fees) due to any claims by any third parties tha may arise as a result of YVRFF's use of your film or by reason of a breach of your representations and warranties.
